Shipping policy

All deliveries are made through Australia Post E-Parcel. Shipping is normally 1-3 days, Australia-wide unless notified or by situation where order is placed over a weekend or period of public holidays. Our shipping is a flat rate charge of $12.95 (up to order value of $500.00, and thereafter it is free Express Australia-wide*. Shipping for International shipments is calculated by order weight, just prior to checkout.

We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by RLC. After your order is placed, you will be sent an email that will include an Internet link with your order tracking number that can be used to track your order status.

RLC does not take legal responsibility for items being returned to us, whether it be via an order return, or an item being sent in for service. This includes items being sent to Cyclinic using the free Australia Post label as generated via the online booking form. If you would like additional insurance for items being sent to Cyclinic, this can be done at the time of lodgement with Australia Post.

*Australia-wide domestic orders are sent via Express Post, unless there are dangerous or flammable goods as part of the order. However if the weight of the order restricts, standard road freight may apply at our discretion.

**International orders are subject to certain restrictions, including dangerous goods, and shipping location restrictions. Most international orders are delivered within a 10 business day window from the date of order.
