Q: Do you offer Installation on 'outlet' stocks?  

Yes, Installation for items purchased via our 'outlet' store costs $75.00 per item

Q: Are there any discount codes or bundle discounts available? 

No, we have setup the 'outlet' store to offer the best possible prices. 

Q: Can I return an item or exchange it for something else? 

Yes, we accept returns, but do not offer exchanges. Full terms and returns info here

Q: Can you combine orders with items from Cyclinic's main website?  

Sorry, we cannot offer that flexibility on 'outlet' stocks. Outlet orders will ship independently, and freight free.

Q: Are items in stock?  

Yes, items are in stock either in our building, or in our distribution / supplier network. If unavailable, the website will say 'out of stock', or 'unavailable'. 

Q: Can you make custom changes to my items, such as a travel or stroke change? 

Sorry, we cannot offer that flexibility on 'outlet' stocks. Items are sold as per manufacturer specification only. 

Q: Do the items in your outlet store carry a warranty? 

Yes, standard manufacturer warranty applies on all goods. 12 month warranty on FOX, and 24 month warranty on RockShox products

Q: When will I receive my order? 

All orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days. Shipping is via Australia Post (regular post) and tracking information is emailed to you on the day your order is posted. Allow between 2-7 business days for delivery.
